Every Saturday
and Sunday, year around,
plus two holidays, Memorial and Labor Day Mondays.
Dealers may come any time Friday to begin setting up.
Each dealer must prominently display for
both the general public
and the Revenue Officer one of the following:
1) a regular
Tennessee Sales Tax number, or 2) a T.D.R Sales Tax
Certificate.
This may be obtained at the Flea Market office for (a) one
month $5.00, (b) quarterly ‑ $15.00, or (3) annually ‑
$45.00.
Be Wise ‑Do Not make the Revenue Officer ask to see your
Sales Tax Documentation.
Display it prominent so that he/she can "Keep on
Walking."
Dealers wishing
to cancel their reservations must call before 10:00 p.m. the
Previous Thursday Night.
If you do not
show up and do not call, your space will be forfeited to the
next dealer in line.
Reserved spaces are held until 7:00 am. only unless special
arrangements are made with the management;
after which time it wilt be opened up on a first‑come
first‑served basis.
Should you show up after 7:00 a.m. and someone else is in
your space, simply go to the "Saturday Only" section.
You will be provided with the best space we still have
available.
Please tell us
upon first arriving whether you plan to set up Saturday only
or both Saturday and Sunday.
Our objective is to have "Saturday Only" dealers set up in
our "Saturday Only" section.
Due to the
inclement weather conditions, several dealers drop out
during Winter and return in Spring.
Anyone wishing to have their same space in the Spring must
be back and physically occupying that space on or before
March 1.
If you are not
here and paying rent or have made special arrangements with
management, your space(s) will be given to the next dealer
in line. Should you wish to return later in the season, you
will be provided with the best space still available.

No food or drinks
considered a concession item may be sold. In other words, no

such items as fried pies, candy bars, suckers, cup cakes,
Rice Crispy treats, brownies, sugar cookies, homemade fudge,
candy, etc. This does not include whole loaf bread, whole
pies, & whole cakes which are baked goods packaged in
such a way as to require the buyer to take the product home
for consumption. (No samples/bite size pieces arc to be
